The quantities of spices can be changed to taste but the horseradish works very well in this cocktail which is a delight as a brunch treat at the weekend.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"section-title\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>2 ounces tomato juice<\/p>\n<p>2 ounces vodka<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp freshly grated horseradish<\/p>\n<p>3 or 4 dashes Tabasco<\/p>\n<p>ice cubes<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp teaspoon lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>stalk celery, tomatoes, lemon wedge, olives for garnish, optional<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<h3 class=\"section-title\">Method<\/h3>\n<p>Mix together tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and tabasco. Fill a Highball glass with ice, then pour the Bloody Mary mixture over the ice.
