Ingredients<\/h4>\n

50ml Brockmans Gin<\/p>\n

25ml Lemon Juice<\/p>\n

12.5ml Gomme<\/p>\n

White of one egg<\/p>\n

3 or 4 slices of Fresh Ginger<\/p>\n

Large Fresh Tarragon Sprig and more for garnish<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Method<\/h4>\n

Muddle a large sprig of Tarragon and 3- 4 slices of fresh ginger in a shaker.<\/p>\n

Add all the other ingredients. Shake.<\/p>\n

Add ice cubes. Shake.<\/p>\n

Strain over fresh ice in a tumbler or Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprig of Tarragon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
