Tangy orange and duck skewers, the perfect accompaniment for a glass of Sainsbury’s house Shiraz<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Preparation time: 30 Minutes
\nCooking time: 5 Minutes<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/h4>\n

80g fine cut orange marmalade
\n1 tablespoon olive oil
\n200g Gressingham duck mini fillets.<\/p>\n

Some sliced spring onion.
\nHandful of sesame seeds<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Method<\/h4>\n

Mix the marmalade in a bowl with the olive oil and Taste the Difference Gressingham duck mini fillets.<\/p>\n

Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

Make sure the duck is fully coated in the marmalade, then thread onto wooden skewers with some sliced spring onion.<\/p>\n

Heat a griddle to high, then cook the fillets for 3 minutes each side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a flavoursome party pleaser.<\/p>\n
