{"id":15523,"date":"2015-12-30T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-12-30T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/?p=15523"},"modified":"2021-11-17T19:18:57","modified_gmt":"2021-11-17T19:18:57","slug":"mexican-style-pork-with","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/testing22.mostlyfood.co.uk\/index.php\/mexican-style-pork-with\/","title":{"rendered":"Mexican-style pork with chilli, kidney beans and tomatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From Sainsbury&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>Serves: 4<br \/>\nPreparation time: 10 Minutes<br \/>\nCooking time: 30 Minutes<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/chilli%20pork.jpg\" width=\"332\" height=\"291\" \/><\/h4>\n<p>2 tablespoons organic sunflower oil<br \/>\n1 organic onion, chopped<br \/>\n3 cloves organic garlic, crushed<br \/>\n1 organic green pepper, chopped<br \/>\n450g organic minced pork<br \/>\n1 organic red chilli, deseeded and chopped<br \/>\n1 tablespoon organic tomato puree<br \/>\n240g can organic chopped tomatoes<br \/>\n250ml organic beef stock<\/p>\n<p>200ml organic red wine<br \/>\n410g can organic red kidney beans<br \/>\nOrganic garlic bread<br \/>\nGrated Parmesan<br \/>\nJS Fresh Organic Salsa Dip<br \/>\nGuacamole made with 1 organic avocado, mashed with lemon juice and a teaspoon Organic cr\u00e8me fr\u00e2iche<br \/>\n4 tablespoons organic cr\u00e8me fr\u00e2iche<br \/>\n15g pack organic coriander, chopped<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>Heat the oil in a large pan and stir in the onion, garlic and green pepper, fry until softened. Add the mince and stir until browned.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the chilli, tomato puree, canned tomatoes, beef stock and red wine. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the red kidney beans and season to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Separate the garlic bread into slices and sprinkle each slice with a little Parmesan.
