Use fresh oregano or marjoram in place of some of the parsley, if you like.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/alfresco_dip_with_crostini.jpg\" width=\"382\" height=\"241\" \/><\/h4>\n<p>1 cup pitted green olives (about 30), drained and chopped<br \/>\n3\/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped<br \/>\n1\/4 cup basil, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 tablespoon lemon juice<br \/>\n1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n1\/4-1\/2 teaspoon crushed red chile pepper<br \/>\n3 ripe tomatoes (about 1 1\/4 pounds), cored, chopped and drained<br \/>\n1\/3 cup sour cream<br \/>\n1 (6-ounce) bag crostini<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>In a large bowl, stir together olives, parsley, basil, lemon juice, oil, chile pepper and tomatoes. Set aside to let flavors meld for 30 minutes; transfer to a serving bowl.
