<\/h4>\n50g polyunsaturated margarine
\n125g wholemeal flour
\n2 tablespoons cold water
\n2 tablespoons corn oil
\n1 onion, chopped<\/p>\n
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
\n2 green peppers, de-seeded and sliced
\n1 red pepper, de-seeded and sliced
\n1 tablespoon tomato pur\u00e9e<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Preheat the oven to 190\u00b0C, 375\u00b0F, gas mark 5.<\/p>\n
Make the pastry by rubbing the margarine into the flour and adding enough cold water to make a firm dough. Roll out into a circle and use to line an 20.5cm flan dish. Bake blind for 20-25 minutes.<\/p>\n
Heat the oil in a pan and soften the onions and garlic, without browning. Add the sliced peppers and tomato pur\u00e9e. Cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n
Pour into the flan case and serve<\/p>\n
