 <\/p>\n

These are sweet bites with a pleasing hit of sour from the cranberries. They are simple to make, and there\u2019s no need for cooking so the kids can get involved too.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/h4>\n

100g Crazy Jack Soft Dates
\n40g cocoa powder (NOT drinking chocolate)
\n40g smooth peanut butter
\n30g Crazy Jack Desiccated Coconut, plus more for coating
\n20 – 30g Crazy Jack dried cranberries
\n20g Crazy Jack Ground Almonds
\n50 – 100ml water
\nDry or fresh cranberries for garnish<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Method<\/h4>\n

Put the peanut butter, dates and 50ml of water (or enough to create a thick paste) in a processor and pulse till smooth.<\/p>\n

Add the remaining ingredients and pulse again till well combined, adding more water if necessary.<\/p>\n

Remove from the processor and form into small balls.<\/p>\n

Roll the truffles in desiccated coconut and garnish with cranberries.<\/p>\n

Chill before serving.<\/p>\n
