250ml organic low fat natural yogurt
\n100ml organic milk ( plus 2 tablespoons for the glaze)
\n75g organic Argentinian clear honey
\n625g organic plain flour
\n1\u00bd teaspoons baking powder
\n1\u00bd tablespoons organic caster sugar<\/p>\n
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
\n125g organic butter, cut into small pieces
\n1 medium organic egg yolk
\n225g pot organic apricot conserve
\n200ml pot organic cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n

Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C, fan 180\u00b0C, gas 6. Combine the yogurt, milk and honey in a jug. In a bowl, mix together the plain flour, baking powder, sugar and ground cinnamon.
\nAdd the butter and rub into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients, then gradually mix in the liquid until it forms a very soft dough.
\nTurn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat out or gently roll to a thickness of 2cm. Cut the dough into rounds using a 7cm pastry cutter, re-shaping as necessary to make a total of 16 scones.
\nPlace the scones on two non-stick baking trays, leaving them 5cm apart. Glaze with the combined egg yolk and milk, bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with the conserve and cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n
