This zingy, zesty favourite is a real summer pick-me-up.<\/p>\n

Ingredients\"Margarita\"<\/h4>\n

25ml tequila
\n15ml Cointreau
\nThe juice of 1 lime
\nA slice of lime to garnish<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Method<\/h4>\n

Dip the rim of your glass in a little cold water, then dip in a saucer full of salt. Set aside.<\/p>\n

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the tequila, the Cointreau and the lime juice, then put the lid on and shake for 1 minute.<\/p>\n

Pour into the glass and garnish with a slice of lime.<\/p>\n

Total alcohol units: 1.6*<\/p>\n
