Drain and allow to cool.<br clear=\"none\" \/>In a large bowl, whisk together Vinegar, Mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, oil and sugar until mixed well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta, peppers, celery and deli meat and toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.<br clear=\"none\" \/>Serves 5 <br clear=\"none\" \/>Prep Time: 10 minutes<br clear=\"none\" \/>Cook Time: 12 minutes<br clear=\"none\" \/><br clear=\"none\" \/><br clear=\"none\" \/>TIP: Can be made a day in advance. Cover and store in fridge.
