Celebrate Mother’s Day, Easter and the start of Spring with some delicious gin cocktails.\u00a0 We bring you some ideas from Brockmans Gin which beautifully combine \"brockmansthe botanicals from across the world that gives this distinctive gin its elegant taste mingled with local seasonal produce.<\/p>\n

First up though, if you can’t spend these Spring events as normal with friends or loved ones, is a gift that is rather more memorable than the ubiquitous flowers or chocolate egg.<\/p>\n

50ml Brockmans Gin<\/p>\n

20ml Lejay Apricot Liquor,<\/p>\n

25ml Fresh Carrot Juice<\/p>\n

Fresh Coriander (Optional)<\/p>\n

Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Add 50ml Brockmans, 20ml Lejay Apricot Liqueur, 25ml Carrot Juice and about 5 fresh torn coriander leaves to a shaker of ice cubes and shake vigorously.<\/p>\n

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.<\/p>\n

Garnish<\/strong> with the green stem of a carrot.<\/p>\n

BROCKMANS<\/strong> \u2018PURPLE SPRING’<\/strong><\/h4>\n

50ml Brockmans Gin<\/p>\n

45ml Beetroot juice<\/p>\n

200ml Wild Berry Cider<\/p>\n

Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Add 50ml Brockmans and 45ml Beetroot juice to a shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a stemmed Copa glass (bowl glass) filled with ice. Then top with the berry cider and give it a gentle stir.<\/p>\n

Garnish<\/strong> with a very thin slice of dehydrated beetroot and edible flowers such as violas for a touch of Spring.<\/p>\n
