Distilled using ingredients foraged from the local area, it is a cool, refreshing, hand-made spirit including coltsfoot, for sweetness; wild gorse flowers, which introduce a distinctive coconut note; and dandelion, which balances the sweetness with earthy, liquorice notes. Cardamom and water mint notes are enhanced to help balance the ingredients and bring an exciting freshness. It’s Spring in a bottle – or a pouch.
