\"itsuItsu offers a contemporary take on Asian food, and a bit of inspiration too. These delicate sriracha seaweed thins are made from the same green sheets you would have enjoyed around your sushi, but with additional flavouring.<\/p>\n

A light snack and healthy too<\/h4>\n

The fresh seaweed is harvested from the crystal-clear waters off the coast of South Korea, where it\u2019s pressed wafer thin and then toasted in traditional fashion. Seaweed thins make a light snack and are healthy, being high in vitamin B12 and iodine, and are suitable for vegans. They are seasoned with a dash of sriracha and baked twice so they are perfectly crispy. These thins come in 4 flavours and all are under 25 calories per pack.<\/p>\n

But there are other ways to use these seaweed nibbles. Use to wrap rice balls as a canape before a Japanese or Korean meal. Trim down to make a band to go around sashimi. A modern favourite is a rice ball topped with grilled Spam (yes, that\u2019s right) with a sash of Itsu crispy seaweed thin.<\/p>\n
