We feel our ratio works best at retaining Planas\u2019 complex flavors of coconut, white chocolate and green banana as well as making a delicious, clean, fresh, classic Daiquiri.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are looking for a perfect food pairing, try our Planas Daiquiri with ceviche!<\/p>\n

Ingredients for 4 servings: 400 g peeled prawns, 6 coriander leaves finely chopped, 1 tablespoon hot pepper finely chopped , 1 cup olive oil, lime juice (8 limes), 5 tablespoons sugar, 3 teaspoons salt,\u00a0 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1\/4 cup coconut milk, 3 tablespoons\u00a0 Diplom\u00e1tico Planas rum, peppermint.<\/p>\n

Mix the prawns, some of the peppermint, 3 coriander leaves, 3 tablespoons olive oil, lime juice, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon salt. Marinate for 1 hour, strain and refrigerate.\u00a0<\/span>Mix the rest of the olive oil, salt, sugar, coriander, lemon juice, coconut milk and rum. Add to the previous mix and chill. Serve in bowls and garnish with the rest of the peppermint. Enjoy!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
