Vegans Deserve Better Than a Fruit Salad is a collection of 60 recipes, penned by Chef Danielle Maupertuis.<\/p>\n<p>These vegan desserts are easy to make and will be appreciated by non-vegans too! So many recipes here are not only mouth-watering but a feast for the eyes as well. There are traditional English desserts here which are perfect as the finale for a dinner party or for afternoon tea. Perhaps one would not consider such delights as Eton Mess or a Sticky Toffee Pudding as vegan, but of course they are.<\/p>\n<p>The book is arranged into chapters, and they include Cheesecakes, Chocolate Desserts, Cakes, Festive Desserts, and more. Vegans Deserve Better than a Fruit Salad isn\u2019t over technical and doesn\u2019t assume any great knowledge of the culinary arts. Even a novice cook will find so much which is tempting and achievable.<\/p>\n<p>My favourites are numerous. There\u2019s Bread and Butter Pudding which uses vegan ingredient alternatives. Pear and Chestnut Crumble will please the whole family. Classic French Strawberry Cake is smart dinner-party fare.
