Blue Hawaiian Cocktail

Blue Hawaiian with a base of coconut milk and pineapple juice is a beautiful blue cocktail with a taste of paradise.
Ingredients
25ml white rum
25ml blue Curaçao
100ml creamed coconut
200ml fresh pineapple juice
Method
Pour the white rum into a cocktail shaker, along with the blue Curaçao, creamed coconut and fresh pineapple juice.
Add a handful of crushed ice, put the lid on and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
Pour into a tall glass, and sit a wedge of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
