Brockmans Bold Fashioned

Bold Fashioned is Brockmans perfect Christmas cocktail and a twist on a classic.

Ingredients

45ml Brockmans Gin

10ml Zucca Rhubarb Amaro

3 dashes Rhubarb bitters

2 dashes Angostura bitters

A strip of orange zest studded with cloves to garnish

Method

Combine the Brockmans Gin, Rhubarb Amaro and bitters in a mixing glass and stir.

Fill a  Collins glass with ice and pour over the mixture.

Garnish with the strip of clove-studded orange peel.
