Inspired by the coastal paths of Norfolk, where pine forests meet marshlands and vast sandy coastline, Coastal gin has a delicate, salty influence complemented by bright citrus flavours.  The rich woodiness of Douglas fir pine compliments the central juniper, whilst hand-foraged sea purslane, marsh samphire and sea aster give you the distinct coastal flavour, an almost brine-like viscosity and a hint of salinity.  The nose lifts with citrus peels and wild fennel, giving the illusion of a refreshing sea breeze. This gin is truly a taste of Norfolk. Carefully curated and packed with botanical oils, the addition of ice and tonic create a pearlescent mist. We recommend serving this gin with a handful of blackberries and some fresh lime peel.

Bullards St. Clements

  • 50ml Bullards Coastal gin
  • 30ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 5ml Indian Tonic Water
  • Lemon and mint to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, orange and lemon juice and shake well.
  2. In a tall glass, add ice and half the tonic water.
  3. Strain the mix from the shaker into the glass and top up with the rest of the tonic.
  4. Garnish with a twist of lemon and a sprig of mint.
