This is a simple but classic Champagne Cocktail and ideal for celebrations.
Ingredients
• 1 sugar cube or a little sugar syrup.
• 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
• brut champagne
Directions
Place a sugar cube in a chilled champagne glass. Add 2 or 3 drops of bitters. Top up the glass with chilled brut champagne and garnish.
OR: add a little simple syrup to the champagne glass and mix with the bitters before topping up with champagne. It wont look so interesting but it gets the job done if you are out of sugar cubes.
