Cinnamon Sour Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
1½ Parts Vodka
¾ Part Lemon Juice
¾ Part Simple Syrup made with a ratio of 2 parts sugar to 1 part water.
⅓ Part Egg White
1 Pinch Cinnamon
1 Whole Cinnamon bark quill
How to build
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients apart from the cinnamon bark . Shake and strain into a martini glassor tumbler filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the cinnamon quill.
