This zingy, zesty favourite is a real summer pick-me-up.
Ingredients
25ml tequila
15ml Cointreau
The juice of 1 lime
A slice of lime to garnish
Method
Dip the rim of your glass in a little cold water, then dip in a saucer full of salt. Set aside.
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the tequila, the Cointreau and the lime juice, then put the lid on and shake for 1 minute.
Pour into the glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
