Ginger Sparkle Prosecco
Our friends at Tastemade are spreading festive cheer in the form of their recipe for Ginger Sparkle Prosecco
Ingredients
1 tbsp demerara sugar
¼ tsp edible gold glitter
300ml prosecco
½ lemon, juiced
40ml ginger cordial
Total time required 5 mins
Preparation time: 5 mins
Instructions
Add the demerara sugar and edible glitter to a small saucer, then mix together to combine.
Dip the edges of the rim of two champagne flutes in lemon juice. Then dip the rim into the glitter sugar mixture, twisting the glass gently until the whole rim is covered.
Add the ginger cordial to the flutes and top with prosecco.
