Goodnight Kiss cocktail recipe

The Goodnight Kiss is a delight when made with Champagne but it works well with a sweet prosecco – in that case one could leave out the sugar cube.
Ingredients
4 oz. (120ml) Champagne or prosecco
1 Splash of Campari
1 Sugar Cube- optional
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Method
Add sugar cube, if using, and a dash of bitters to a champagne flute.
Add the fizz and the splash of Campari.
