Horse’s Neck Cocktail recipe

Horse’s Neck is a classic whisky cocktail. It takes its name from the long strip of lemon peel which is said to look like a horse’s mane.
Ingredients
Spiral lemon peel
2 ounces Scotch Whisky
8 ounces Ginger ale
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a Collins glass.
Garnish with spiral lemon peel.
