Kir Royale is a simple cocktail but impressive. Crème de Cassis gives colour and flavour. It’s the Champagne rather than wine which makes this cocktail Royal.
Makes 6 cocktails
Ingredients
12 teaspoons Crème de Cassis + 2 per glass
1 bottle Champagne, chilled
Method
Add 2 teaspoons Crème de Cassis to each champagne flute. Add more or less to your own taste. Fill each flute with champagne.
Serve garnished with blackberries and mint if desired.
