Enjoy the juicier way to your 5-a-day with this mixed fruit smoothie
Ingredients
1 pear
4 plums
2 oranges
150ml raspberry and pomegranate juice
250ml unsweetened apple juice
Method
Peel the pear with a knife or swivel peeler, then cut into small chunks removing the core and pips.
Wash the plums and cut in half to the stone, twist gently to separate the halves, discard the stones, and chop the plum halves into small chunks.
Peel the oranges and remove as much of the white pith as possible with a sharp knife. Chop the oranges into small rough chunks, discarding any pips.
Put all of the fruit and raspberry and pomegranate juice into the blender. Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth.
