Pear & Cinnamon Fizz
A sophisticated cocktail bursting with Christmas cheer to keep you warm in winter. Pear juice, lemon and prosecco is combined in perfect proportion and served in a cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass to add a sense of occasion. Use your favourite fizz in this recipe, such as champagne or English sparkling wine for this Pear & Cinnamon Fizz.
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp brown sugar
25ml pear juice
10ml lemon juice
2 splashes prosecco, to top
¼ lemon, wedge, to garnish
Instructions
Combine the cinnamon and sugar together. Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of a champagne flute, then dip the rim into the cinnamon sugar.
Pour the juices into the flute then top with the prosecco to finish.
