Shiba Dog – Sake Cocktail from Hakushika

Shiba Dog is a Sake Cocktail from Hakushika in Japan. Its a tangy cocktail with most of its flavour from the fruit juice.

Glass: Old-fashioned glass

Garnish: Improvise

Ingredients:

・HAKUSHIKA Sake　1/2 (60ml)

・Grapefruit juice　1/2 (60ml)

Method: (build)

Build in a salt rimmed old-fashioned glass and fill with ice. Add all the ingredients, mix and serve.
