Spring Garden – Hakushika Sake Cocktail

Spring Garden – Hakushika Sake Cocktail is another delicious drink from Japan

Glass: Cocktail glass

Garnish: Maraschino cherry or lemon peel

Ingredients:

・HAKUSHIKA Sake　30ml

・Lemon liqueur (Limoncello)　15ml

・Yoghurt liqueur (Bols Yoghurt)　15ml

・Sugar syrup (Carib)　5ml

Method: (shake)

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake gently with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon peel and serve.
