From the Peaky Blinders Cookbook we have the wine and whisky cocktail called the Birmingham Sour
For 1 Glass – Preparation: 5 Minutes
- 1 Into a shaker filled with ice, pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup, red wine and rye whiskey.
- Shake, then pour through a strainer into an old fashioned glass.
Ingredients
- 30ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 20ml cane sugar syrup
- 10ml red wine
- 60ml rye whiskey
